Step 9 : Turn the Blouse Right-Side Out
Now it’s time to turn the blouse right side out. It’s also time to turn your skirt right-side out if you haven’t already, since you’ll need to iron both pieces before going on to the finishing work on both together.
Open bottom opening of the blouse piece and turn right-side out. Bring the main blouse fabric and lining fabric back together and shape out the neckline and corners.
Turn the bodice so the lining is on the inside, and locate the shoulder and arm opening on the outside. Gently pull the sleeve fabric out.
As you pull the outer sleeve fabric right-side out, it will draw the sleeve lining into it. Repeat with both sleeves until the blouse is fully turned, and press with your iron. If you are turning the fancy blouse, or any blouse made with a single piece of fabric, make sure to hide the joining seam inside the sleeve, in the lining.
